1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LiteAgents conversational agentic API, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
2. The Service
LiteAgents provides an integration layer between your application and AI agents. Developers integrate a single API; domain experts configure agent instructions, tools, guardrails, memory, and orchestration. LiteAgents is not an agent framework, a model provider, or a no-code chatbot.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
4. Bring-Your-Own-Key
The Service operates on a bring-your-own-key model. You connect your own provider keys (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI, or Ollama). You are responsible for your provider accounts, their terms, and all token consumption billed by those providers. LiteAgents charges for the platform, not for your model usage.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, or build agents that generate unlawful or harmful content. You are responsible for the agents you configure and the tools you connect, including the requests they make to third-party endpoints.
6. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the agent configurations, Knowledge library documents, and conversation content you provide. You grant LiteAgents a limited license to process this content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service lets you connect third-party LLM providers, HTTP endpoints, and MCP servers. Your use of those integrations is governed by their respective terms. LiteAgents is not responsible for third-party services.
8. Fees
Platform fees, if any, are described at the time of purchase. Provider costs are billed to you directly by your providers and are not marked up by LiteAgents.
9. Fair Usage Policy
The monthly run allowances included with each plan assume that individual runs complete within 90 seconds. Runs are the agent executions counted against your plan; a run that regularly exceeds 90 seconds consumes disproportionate resources and falls outside standard fair usage. Workloads that depend on longer-running executions belong on an Enterprise plan. We may throttle, queue, or ask you to upgrade where usage is inconsistent with this policy, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output can be unpredictable; you are responsible for reviewing and configuring guardrails appropriate to your use case.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiteAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for provider costs incurred through your connected keys.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
